What does Pearl do?
The Pearl's unique multi-media design combines porous ceramic, high tech carbon block and redox media to provide effective sub-micron water filtration. The Pearl cartridge is effective against a wide range of possible waterborne contaminants, including sediment, harmful bacteria, parasites, cysts, chlorine, pesticides, herbicides, oestrogens and heavy metals, such as cadmium, lead and mercury.
What does Malachite do?
FreshWaters Malachite cartridge contains the very latest granular activated alumina, specifically designed for the removal of fluoride from the water as it passes though the cartridge.
You might notice, your new filter cartridge looks significantly different from previous cartridges. As a result of our continued product development policy, these filter cartridges, whilst still delivering a great performance, now offer a number of improved features. These include:
- Environmentally friendly with 100g less plastic
- New carbon block construction reduces water 'channelling' within the cartridge media, resulting in improved chlorine reduction.
